Winter Rooftops by Maurice Georges Poncelet (French, 1897-1978) oil painting on board, signed 14 x 10 inches condition: overall good and sound though a little shabby from previous storage with the corners and edges being worn. provenance: all the paintings we have by this artist have come from the artists estate in France.
