Original vintage Soviet propaganda poster - Glory to the Winged Heroes! / Слава Крылатым Богатырям! Dynamic artwork by Igor Aleksandrovich Kominarets (b 1923) depicting a pilot in uniform standing in front of fighter jets and other planes flying overhead, and parachutes in different colours in the sky and on the field with flags on the side by the spectators and the text in the style of a plaque surrounded by laurel leaves with a Soviet star emblem below. Large size. Acceptable condition, restored paper loss in bottom left corner, large restored tears, restored paper skimming on image, staining, backed on linen.
