About the Item
A fine quality late 19th century French Louis XVI style marble topped side cabinet. Having wonderful quality gilded ormolu mounts depicting swags, drapes and buffalo heads. Parquetry and marquetry inlaid decoration to the sides and front, which opens to reveal a shelf within. Raised on elegant cabriole legs with gilded ormolu scrolling feet.
