Beautifully painted oil on canvas still life with vase of flowers and a glass bowl of fruit. In the background is a painting of a young woman. Artist monogram lower right. The monogram is for the American artist John Russell, born in 1928. Condition is very good. Circa 1975. Overall framed measurements are 24.5 by 26.5 inches. Provenance: A Long Island, New York collector. John Collins Russell was an American artist born in 1928 and was known for his still life paintings.
