Bouvet 66. Trial proof showing variation in the foreground, most noticeably the presence of a dog. From the series "Some Scenes of Parisian Life" published by Vollard. With collector's "H.M.P." stamp of the Henri M. Petiet Collection verso, bottom right (not cited in Lugt, refer to Lugt 2021a). A fine impression in fine condition, aside from slight mat burn and minor foxing. Image measures 10 1/2 x 16 1/4 inches. Sheet measures 16 x 20 3/4 inches. The print depicts a bridge and riverbank in Paris with pedestrians, carriages, and other street traffic.
