Amazing and sexy early 1980s VICKY TIEL COUTURE black silk jersey evening dress! Unique, yet flattering asymmetrical cut, with one of the sleeves sitting off the shoulder. Flattering ruched boned bodice that stretches to fit. Daring thigh high slit. Hidden zipper up the back with hook-and-eye closure. Looks amazing on! Made in France.
