Spanish Basque Oak Copper Brasero Planter, 19th Century
About the Item
19th century Basque Spanish brasero
The oak part is a tank in which people used to put hot water. On the top copper part were put embers to keep the water hot. This kind of brasero were put under the table to warm up the feet and the legs of the guests.
This can be used has a center piece for a big table or a planter.
