19th Century French Painted Barbotine Ceramic Dog Pitcher from Sarreguemines

About the Item

Decorate a shelf or a kitchen counter with this elegant Majolica antique pitcher. Created circa 1890 and stamped "Sarreguemines, France" on the bottom, the pitcher features a seated canine with both front legs up and begging for a treat. The dog water jug is in excellent condition with rich colors in the white and black palette. Measures: 6.5" W x 4" D x 9" H.
