20th Century Italian Solid Silver Breadstick Holder - Vase
About the Item
Breadstick holder - 800 solid silver vase
The body is rectangular in shape and was obtained from a sheet of silver and subsequently modelled. All 4 sides of the object have been embossed and chiseled with fantasy motifs, just to give light and brilliance to each face. Subsequently a light hammering was performed.
In the upper part, a serrated work has been carried out, reminiscent of the traditional vintage Italian breadstick bags.
The shape of the object also allows it to be of multipurpose use, for example a vase for flowers with a particularly modern shape.
