About the Item
A "Duke of Gloucester" pattern porcelain shell shaped sweetmeat dish, circa 2000, by Mottahedeh. Made for Colonial Williamsburg's special Reserve Collection. Created in 1992. Hand painted & gilded. Adapted form a c.1770 platter at Colonial Williamsburg that belonged to the Duke.
