Art Deco, sterling silver toast rack, Sheffield, England, year-hallmarked for 1932, The toast rack has the maker's mark of Richard Woodman Burbridge for Harrods. Richard Woodman Burbridge was chairman of Harrods; his initials were used as the maker's mark when the toast rack was retailed at Harrods. Measures 4 3/4 inches high (to top of finial) x 4 inches wide x 2 1/2 inches deep. Weighs 3.545 troy ounces. Dark spots in photos are reflections. In excellent antique condition.
