Spherical Glass table lamp by Pia Guidetti Crippa for Lumi, Italy 1970s
About the Item
Rare glass table lamp by Pia Guidetti Crippa for Lumi, Italy 1970s. Interesting sculptural design composed of a glass globe resting on a chromed base with a central diagonal tube. The clean clear globe shape is subtly decorated with an organic shaped opaline top both functioning as a decorative interruption as well as a diffuser which prevents annoying direct light and and spread the light in a nice soft way. The lamp has its original dimmer switch which is integrated in the chromed tube. In a ver good original condition.
