Vintage Coral Effect Twig Wrought Iron White Tripod Base Table Lamp Rare
About the Item
This is a rare vintage white painted twig form lamp that is made of wrought iron rendered in the most incredible coral effect. The lamps is full of possibilities. This is a designer's medium to update and change the color to silver, white or gold, or not!
It has a special effects feel when the light is turned on. The switch is two-way. The tripod base is covered with the same coral effect iron, which gives the lamp an elongated appearance and unity of design. This piece was created between 1950 and 1960, probably American according to our appraiser.
The cast iron has epoxy coating, which has begun to yellow at the tips.
The shade shown is not original, nor is it included.
