About the Item

Maitland Smith Art Nouveau style large standing nautilus magnifying glass. Lots of intricate details capture the beauty of this intriguing sea creature. It is free standing supported by a shell for the base with a nautilus extending upwards to gracefully encircle the magnifying glass. The glass is clear and in good condition, no cracks. Brass has a nicely aged patina. Maitland Smith tag is on the underside. An impressive and useful desk accessory.
