French Style Art Deco Iron "Fer Forge" Hall-Tree
About the Item
French Style Art Deco Iron “For Forge” Hall-Tree is made of the highest quality French iron. This is the quality of all the great French artists: Edgar Brandt, Katona, Paul Kiss, and so on. This piece would make a great addition to any entry or hall area. Very substantial work, very heavy made in two pieces, top with mirror and iron hooks for hats, etc. and the lower part with Art Deco style design and area for umbrellas, canes, etc.
Great nice geometric designs finished with a beautiful patinated dark graphite finish and the decorative hand-hammered relief in all aspects. Hard to believe this is all handmade and hand-finished out of raw iron. A piece to last a lifetime or longer. This quality of ironwork needs no maintenance and can be used over and over without any harm.
