English Walnut Carved Needlework Armchair
About the Item
English walnut carved needlework armchair, the back and seat stitched with birds, dogs, and deer. The center panels are stitched with holy warriors done in petit point. The arms are carved with acanthus leaves and the base has a double cross stretcher with floral arabesques. Note there is slight wear to the seat and a 1” area of wear in the back (see photos).
