Original vintage travel advertising poster - Imperial Airways Lunching in the Air! The most comfortable air line is Imperial Airways to Europe Africa Asia Australia - featuring a flight attendant waiter taking an order from three smartly dressed passengers reading the menu and sitting at a table in a luxury plane cabin of the Scylla air liner (1934-1940). Founded in 1924 the British airline Imperial Airways merged into the British Overseas Airways Corporation BOAC in 1939, later merging with the British European Airways BEA to form British Airways BA in 1974. Printed in England by the Haycock Press Ltd. Published in England by Imperial Airways Ltd. Good condition, restored tears, restored pinholes, restored folds, staining, backed on linen.
