This is an antique cameo brooch with 14K gold frame and diamond. This brooch is from the second half of the 19th century. This classic cameo is carved in a lady's profile with her hair up and comes with a 14K gold patterned frame and a diamond on her necklace accent. Many brides like to have a cameo for their big wedding day! Our vintage jewelry collection and original creations are all unique listings. We never have multiple copies of anything.
