Modern abstract painting by Houston, TX artist Margaret Nobler. The work features a young girl with a bow in her hair laying on a matching rug. Signed by the artist in the front lower right corner. Currently hung in a black wood frame.

Artist Biography: Margaret Nobler studied at the University of Houston, graduating with a degree in art 1950. She attended classes at the Museum of Fine Art Houston School and studied under such artists as Herbert Mears and Lowell Collins. Margaret owned Margaret Nobler Art Gallery, in Westbury Square for 5 years and organized art exhibitions in Sharpstown Shopping Center for several years.
