It depicts a bay with a cottage on the shore and a young lady tending flowers in the foreground. Born in 1867, Albert Fossard was a listed French painter who is documented in Benezit. Painting is signed and dated 1926. Proudly presented by Guy Lyman Fine Art, New Orleans.
