What is more patriotic than a retro mid-century blue and red 70s convertible with an American flag draped from its trunk? Street Photographer Mitchell Funk captures the moment with piercing light, creating punchy colors and long shadows. Reflected in the car's shiny paint job is a nineteenth-century red brick Brooklyn building.
The video image that we uploaded is a little light and refer to the still images for proper color.
This archival color photograph by fine art photographer Mitchell Funk is signed, dated and numbered 3/15, lower right recto. Other sizes are available and the fine art photograph is unframed and printed later. Printed on Hahnemühle Fine Art paper

Mitchell Funk
Mitchell Funk is a pioneer of color photography. In 1970, he participated in one of the first color photography shows at the Brooklyn Museum titled “Images en Couleur." In 1971, he was included in the visionary books Frontiers of Photography and Color (Life Library of Photography), both published by Time-Life. He has done more than 50 photography magazine covers, including covers for Newsweek and Life.
