Amusing original colored lithograph with pouchoir details. Satiric illustration by the French draftsman Frédéric Bouchot (1798- 1865). Plate 2, from the suite of 10 lithographs, Trop-Tôt, d'Aubert and C.ie, Paris, 1838-40. Signed on plate, on lower-right margin. With the printed capture on lower margin: "Pour le commis sans place pour l'artiste sans crédit chez son tailleur l'hiver arrive toujours trop-tôt". In good condition with some decolorations on lower margin. Including passepartout: cm 49 x 34.
