Artist Biography:
Henri Gadbois is a second-generation Houston artist. Gadbois, a native Houstonian, graduated from Lamar High School and the University of Houston, receiving a Bachelor of Fine Arts and Master of Letters Degrees. Although his main interest has been in painting the Texas landscape, he is also interested in rug hooking, quilting, and ceramics. He spends as much time as possible with his artist wife, Leila McConnell, at their home in the Texas hill country in Ingram, Texas.

Henri Gadbois
Henri Gadbois was a second-generation Houston artist.
