Art Deco 1920s Beaded Black Vintage Dress W/ Handkerchief Hem & Sheer Sleeves
About the Item
This is an outstanding vintage 1920's dress with original sash and gorgeous white beadwork. The dress has a slight drop waist, handkerchief hemline and hooks and eyes up the side. The beautiful sleeves are split to expose a little flesh and snap at the cuffs. The dress is in amazing condition - I hardly ever buy 1920's dresses anymore because of the degradation of the fabric, but this one is strong and wearable with no visible problems to report! The pretty white beads against the black fabric are a lovely contrast and this is just a sunning evening dress! I would estimate it to be a modern day US size 4/6, but please use the measurements as a guide.
