About the Item
Super Unusual Italian Straw and Raffia Figural Bag from the 1950's. Designed in a triangular form, origami style with 2 compartments. Tiny chains suspended in the center hold the bamboo handle. Colorful woven patterns on the navy straw ground with raffia trim all around the flap with lock closure. Unmarked but likely Italian, 1950's. Hand crafted.
12" wide, 10" high. Bamboo handle adds 5". Sides expand at top.
