Chinese Glazed Ceramic Kitchen Jar c. 1950
About the Item
This Chinese ceramic jar dates to the mid 20th century and would've once served the purpose of storing food in the kitchen. The jars high shoulders and narrow base add to its charm. As well as the wonderfully mix of pigmented glazing the adorns its outer surface. The age-related texture and markings that have formed on its exterior add to its appeal. A wonderful and unique example of Chinese ceramics.
