Early 19th Century Black Lacquer Cabinet
About the Item
This black lacquer cabinet has a mitered body frame with floating panels. The thick lacquer finishes are well preserved; however, the gilt paintings are quite worn already. From the remaining traces of the paintings, we can see motifs of the eight treasures of Taoism.
