19th Century French Blue and White Gien Porcelain Dinnerware, 67 Pieces
About the Item
Decorate a dining table or shelving with this antique porcelain service set of 67 pieces. Crafted in France circa 1880 by Gien, each plate and dish with foliate and floral motifs, is stamped on the bottom "Porcelaine de Gien, Terre de Ter Rinceaux". The colorful set has 28 dining plates, 5 soup plates, 19 dessert plates and other dishes including 1 soup tureen with 1 lid, 2 cheese trays, 1 salad bowl, 4 serving platters, 1 saucer, 1 cake or fruit stand, and 4 small oval shaped serving dishes. The dinner ware set is in very good condition commensurate with age and use, and adorns wonderful colors in the blue and white palette. Small chips on some (see detailed images).
