The details are stunningly scupltured = finest modelling!
Design:
Johann Carl Schoenheit (1730-1805)
Schoenheit was assistant of Kaendler: He has been active at manufactory since 1745 / since the year 1765 he designed own models, too. In later period - after Kaendler's death in year 1775 - Schoenheit was colleague of Acier. The sculptor retired in 1794. - Model C 42 Created circa 1768-1770.

-- Two winged boyish cherubs are busy with implementing a business transaction:
A cherub having sat down holds golden coins in right hand, supporting itself on an angular measure. The other one supports itself on a rod/stick, turning towards the other one ... additionally, the boy with stick has a carrying frame with a knotted parcel attached to its back. A rocky base is visible between figurines / two sugar loaves have been put there.
-- The figurines are based on elliptic socle which is decorated with Rocaille ornaments at edge.

height: 13.5 cm (= 5.31 inches)
width of socle: 12.0 cm (= 4.72 inches)

Johann Carl Schoenheit has been active at Meissen manufactory since 1745, and from 1765, the sculptor started designing his models. He was the assistant of Johann Joachim Kaendler in an earlier period and a colleague of Acier in the later period. He retired in 1794..
