Fine Chinoiserie French Gien porcelain from the lux atelier Pierre or Patrick Frey in the flowers pattern.
Condition is excellent overall showing the lightest of use and no chips, cracks, repairs, or other damage.
The dishes have not been used, it was a gift received by the former property. It comes from a private French collection.
The diameter of the plates is 26 cm.
The collection is "FAYENCE" Tissu assorti made in France .Manufacture Gien
On each plate, a flower in all its color is represented in a central seat: camellia, carnation, hydrangea, lilac, iris.... the profile is multi-lobed and
polychrome in green.
Gien is one of the best French fayence, ceramic and porcelain manufacturers.
The Gien porcelain factory, located in the Loire Valley, is an exponent of luxurious and exquisite French-style savoir-faire.
Throughout the 19th century, the manufacture acquired fame and prestige as a provider of bespoke tableware for numerous aristocratic families in Europe.
This search for excellence combined with creativity has allowed Gien Porcelain to obtain the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (Living Heritage Company) distinction.
