Victorian 925 sterling silver Japan inspired card case
About the Item
A beautifully embellished Victorian 925 sterling silver card case that intricately captures the enchanting influence of Japanese aesthetics prevalent during the Aesthetic Movement era.
The obverse side showcases a dainty bird gracefully darting above a serene pond surrounded by canes. Adjacent to this scene is a rectangular section adorned with artfully crafted bamboo trees. Adding to the allure, a mesmerizing pyramidal illusion is skillfully created in the upper right corner through a thoughtfully designed triangular motif.
On the reverse side, two birds gracefully perch upon blooming Japanese Sakura flowers, framed by a central rectangle.
