Early 20th century Folk Art Boat Model Collection
Every now and again something truly amazing comes along, this is true in this amazing collection of 3 museum quality folk-art hand-crafted Boat models. Dated to the first quarter of the 20th Century this unique set is scratch built, from a variety of materials including canvas hulls, pine frames, bamboo supports, brass and copper details, and cotton threads. Each model has its own set of pine oars with copper detail, these examples are the best we have ever seen and believe they will make an amazing display in the right space. The photos do not do these items justice as the craftsmanship is of the highest quality.

Condition: Aged
Completely solid in structure and form, worn surface, loss of painted surface and aged surface on all 3 examples. Rust in sections to the metal areas, crackled painted surface due to age. These times are dated to the early 20th Century so please expect age related wear and tear as shown in the photos provided. It is exceedingly difficult to photograph all the areas on this piece. Therefore, we strongly suggest reviewing all the photos provided as part of this advert and propose questions where sections / condition is unclear to avoid disappointment when purchasing.
