About the Item
Beef from Lake Chad, native to the banks and islands of this lake, is generally called Kouri. Unlike the Zebus, it does not have a hump and its coat is white. Its horns show great variability but are characterised by a porous and bulbous bony ankle. Wingspan is 132 cm.
