18th CENTURY PAIR OF SMALL GOLDEN MIRRORS WITH CANDLE HOLDERS
About the Item
Elegant pair of small mirrors in pine wood, finely carved and gilded with pure gold leaf. The frames are decorated with scrolls and vegetal motifs, as is the cymatium which features an elaborate curl. The mirrors are equipped with candle holder arms at the bottom, which add further elegance and particularity to the pair. The mirrors are with mercury glass. These mirrors, made in Tuscany in the second half of the 18th century, are perfect for enriching any environment with taste and refinement.
