Art Deco Machine Age Chrome Scroll Form Magazine Stand with Ball Feet by Revere
About the Item
This sophisticated and graphic magazine stand was realized by the esteemed American producer, Revere Company, circa 1935. It features two scrolling forms that touch in the center- perfect for storing magazines and periodicals. These forms sit on a slightly concave base supported by four ball feet, also in chrome. This piece beautifully illustrate the influence of Machine Age in America on the Art Deco movement. With its classically inspired form and clean modernist lines, this magazine stand would be a winning addition to any style of interior from Art Deco to contemporary. Excellent condition.
