The Zaiane tribal shawls incorporate quantities of sequins in their design to achieve an impressive decorative effect on the alternate stripes of wool and cotton yarn.
This Berber handwoven shawls are used by the women of the Beni Ouarain on their wedding day as they go away with their husband on the horse.
