Delicate Hand Painted Early American Folk Settee
About the Item
Fleurdetroit presents for your consideration this lovely and delicate settee.
Delicate hand-painted early (American folk?) settee. We are uncertain and therefore can not verify that this piece is indeed European. We have seen several examples closely resembling this settee in early Sotheby sales from English Country Home sales.
The perfect addition to any refined interior space.
This demure settee is destined to become a family heirloom. The beautiful woven caned seat can be left exposed or covered with a favorite upholstered down cushion.
