The antique paintings Still Life with Anemones proposed here is a beautiful oil painting on canvas from the early 1900s, Art Deco.
The Antique Painting dresses with a carved and lacquered wooden frame, Montparnasse from the early 20th century era.
This is an arrangement with a ceramic vase decorated with a beautiful bouquet of anemone flowers, painted in bright and warm colors.
Old paintings with flowers, still life of flowers signed lower right L. Bonamici (1878-1966) French naturalized painter,
but born in Livorno, Italy. Louis Bonamici (1878-1966) painted pictures of landscapes, seascapes, harbors, as well as still lifes of flowers.
He loves to paint Provence bathed in sunshine. He uses the painting technique called "au knife/ au couteau."
He participated in many exhibitions from 1907 to 1935 in Martigues, Cannes, Nice, Toulon, Paris et Marseille.
He travels extensively in Italy Gecia North AmericaI and Africa.
In the 1930s Louis Bonamici moved to Le Lavandou where he remained until his death.
The antique frame and oil painting are restored. 1930s.
