Piero Fornasetti 1992 Exhibition Poster, Limited Variant Run and Framed
About the Item
This is a hard to find, rare "THEME VARIATIONS" poster from the 1992 exhibition "FORNASETTI DESIGNER OF DREAMS at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London. The poster was designed by Kevin McIntyre in collaboration with the Piero Fornasetti estate and the illustrious printing company Graphique de
France. It measures 27 ½" x27 3/8". This poster was framed years ago and measures 27 5/8 x 27 5/8" x 3/4". This is a difficult item to come by as the production was quite limited. The poster appears to have been stored or used away from light with no UV fading or other marks noted, but has not been removed an inspected out of frame. A few marks to glass.

The work is pencil signed and numbered 80 of 200. Davis was born in Washington DC in 1920 and died in the city he gave so much to in 1985.
