Vintage Coppola E Toppo Ocean Blues Crystal Tassel Earrings 1950S

Here we have a seriously stunning pair of luxury vintage Coppola e Toppo earrings hand made by the duo during the 1950s. The earring tops are pave-embroidered with graduated blue crystal beads accented with interwoven deep blue crystal bugle beads. The tops would have been striking enough but it doesn't end there. A cascade of graduated tassels featuring graduated blue faceted crystal beads completes the earrings in spectacular style. The spectrum of the blues in these earrings is simply outstanding, spanning the blue color spectrum from hazy lazy light blue sky color to deep blue oceans. The earrings are clip ons and feature a solid brass plate and clip. The usual hallmark of a Coppola e Toppo design. The earrings are beautifully signed in script style writing, Made in Italy by Coppola e Toppo dating these earrings to 1950s; most likely mid 1950s. These stunning vintage Coppola e Toppo earrings are in very good vintage condition and measure just under 7.5cm long by 2 to 2.5cm in width at the widest point of the tassel. Brother and Sister duo, Bruno and Lyda were a jewellery design team creating pieces in Milan under their own trademark Coppola e Toppo, from the late 1940s to the 1970s.
