One of Osmond's favorite things about viewing a city from above is the juxtaposition of the natural and the man-made, often sitting back-to-back with one another. She was named the State Fellow for South Carolina by the SouthArts Commission 2018 and Lowcountry Artist of the Year 2017. Kate is an MFA candidate at Maryland Institute College of Art.
