About the Item

Flowers - Carlo De Tommasi Italia 2013 - Oil on canvas mis. cm. 110x90. Gold leaf gilded and laquered wooden frame ext. mis .cm. 130x110. The painting by the painter Carlo De Tommasi is a wonderful inspiration to the famous Dutch painter of the 18th century Jan Van Huysum. What we see is a triumph of fantasy, which masterfully brings together flowers and fruits of different seasons. The variety of colors is intertwined with the lively rhythm of the lines and every single flower, every single leaf is a precision masterpiece, the flowers abandon the mere decorative function to become the real protagonists of the picture.
