JEWISH SYMBOLS is an original hand drawn, limited edition lithograph by Marius Sznajderman (Born-Paris, France 1926-2018) printed in colors on white archival printmaking paper, 100% acid-free, using traditional hand lithography printmaking methods. JEWISH SYMBOLS is an expressive modern abstract color still life composition depicting symbols from the Jewish faith including a menorah, roosters, Magen David(star), Aron Kodesh, torah scroll, bowl of fruit with pomegranate, kiddush cup. JEWISH SYMBOLS was printed in vivid shades of lemon yellow, warm orange, lavender, light purple, kelly green, brown and black line drawing create a visually impressive, lively and inspiring design. JEWISH SYMBOLS is in very good condition, never been framed, pencil signed and numbered 29/200 by Marius Sznajderman 1982.

Marius Sznajderman
Born in Paris in 1926, Marius Sznajderman escaped with his parents from France in November of 1942 and lived in Venezuela until 1949, at which time he moved to the United States. He studied at the Museum of Fine Arts in Caracas and Columbia University. In Caracas, he was a founding member of Taller Libre de Arte. In his 40 years as an artist, he has had numerous one-man shows in the US and South America, and his work is in the permanent collections of many important museums.
