About the Item

This limited edition bronze sculpture is made using the lost wax method of casting, and is hand finished. The polished bronze surface is a very laborious surface to produce, with the end result being almost a jeweler's finish. Coronado de Nubes translates into "Cloud Capped". The sculpture is meant to evoke the slow moving cloud layers as they go through a valley in the early evening. The base is Belgian black marble. At the current time, this marble is very hard to obtain.
