About the Item
The Place of Refuge on the Big Island of Hawaii is a sacred place for Hawaiians. It signifies rebirth and health. During one of my visits to this heritage sight, I was inspired to feel and create the power of these grounds.
This relief is a cold cast bronze sculpture. Due to the nature of the process, subsequent castings may vary slightly from the photo in color and patina, as they are cast and patinaed by hand.
This relief is part of a limited edition of 25 works. They are signed on the back and come with a certificate of authenticity.
