Fabulous vintage rattan Campaign Style Ficks Reed Far Horizons Collection coffee table with tile top designed by John Wisner. Beautiful condition, keeping in mind that this is vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear. There are small hairline cracks in three tiles, and they have been reglued and caulked. This unique bamboo and rattan pagoda style coffee table was designed by John Wisner for Ficks Reed, circa 1950s. John Wisner graduated from Parsons School Of Design in 1935 and designed for both private clients, and corporate clients including Dorothy Draper and Ficks Reed, where he was noted for his ‘Far Horizons’ collection of 1954 which incorporated eastern elements.
