NIPPON - MORIMURA BROTHERS (Manufacturer) - Antique hand painted ceramic center bowl - rare design featuring flowers and arabesque scrolls in the Persian style to the interior - molded panels to the exterior with painted flowers - gilded handles and highlights throughout - signed on the base (green stamp) - Japan - circa 1911-21. Excellent antique condition - gilding loss & rubbing - no chips - no cracks - no damage - no restoration - signs of age and use. Size/dimensions - medium - 10" (25.4 cm.) wide x 6" (15.2 cm.) deep x 2 3/4" (7 cm.) high.
