Japanese Antique Display Shelf Chestnut Wood 1930s Wabi-Sabi Primitive Japandi

About the Item

This is an old Japanese display cabinet. Made of chestnut and cedar wood. Since it has been around 100 years, the chestnut tree is unpainted, but the color has become darker. This was used as a product display shelf at a store operating in Nikko City, Tochigi Prefecture since the early Showa era. I think the size is such that it can be used either on the floor or on a stand. This decorative shelf is highly recommended for those who collect small items. The door has been repaired so that it can move smoothly. We will always suggest the best shipping method. Please contact us first. We also introduce many other Japanese antique furniture and objects collected from all over Japan. Please take a look if you like.
