Royal Geographical Society World clock with columned brass frame holding a globe of the Earth showing the countries of the world on a black background. Ebonised square base with brass plaque inscribed ‘The Royal Geographical World Clock, 1980’.
The brushed brass drum case houses the 8 day clock movement with platform escapement. 24 hour rotating silvered chapter ring with Roman numerals and Arabic quarter hour markers with ‘blued’ steel pointer. Brass winding crown to the base. C.1980
