Pretty Art Nouveau sterling silver picture frame. Made by Meriden Britannia (part of International) in Connecticut, ca 1900. Rectangular window in flat surround with irregular interior rim. On front acid-etched wraparound scrolling leafing branch threaded-through corner circles; sides plain. With glass, silk lining, and velvet back and hinged easel support. Fully marked including maker’s stamp and no. C878.
